As a member of the Bodington Wentworth Falls Leadership team, you will be managing the smooth operation of the home’s commercial kitchen and dining service, enabling our residents to enjoy a variety of fresh, nutritious meals on a daily basis. The dining experience for our residents is important, meals needs to be creatively presented and tasty.

About the Role Preparing fresh and nutritious meals for residents in line with their dietary needs

Managing all resources within the kitchen including equipment and food supplies within your approved budget

Maintaining a hygienically clean kitchen that is fully compliant with the Aged Care quality standards

Lead and mentor a outstanding kitchen team of 14

In addition,



there is a real opportunity to lift the culinary offering for our residents About You Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)

Leadership experience in a commercial kitchen

Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and workplace health & safety

Experience with modified diets and aged care dining requirements

Excellent communication and team leadership skills
