About the role To provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations. You will perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and upgrades of tightening tools and equipment at customer sites. Key responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and upgrades of tightening tools and equipment at customer sites
Provide technical support, service solutions, and training to customers
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults, maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication, and deliver exceptional customer service
Manage service contracts, turnaround times, service records, and technical support reports, and provide regular updates on service activities to the Service Leader
Carry out repair and maintenance activities with a strong mechanical mindset, ensuring accurate documentation and high service quality standards

About you
A solid mechanical and electrical skill is a must




Above 3 years' technical field service experience maintaining and repairing industrial air equipment (Atlas Copco and other) or equivalent
Robust troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
A hands-on approach and commitment to delivering quality work
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage your day effectively
Current Australian Driver's Licence, full working rights and availability for an on-call roster
Computer literate
Good command of spoken and written English
Diploma or higher degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent
