Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests warmly, managing table turnover and processing payments.
Take orders accurately, maintaining strong knowledge of our menu, specials, and allergens.
Serve food and drinks professionally in a quick-paced environment.
Maintain high standards of table settings and dining area cleanliness.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a wait staff or customer-facing hospitality role.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, polished demeanour.
Solid multitasking abilities and composure under pressure.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Current ACT RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
