This position is suited to someone who is willing to learn more than just front-counter customer service and become confident with the day-to-day operations of the bakery. You will receive training on our systems and procedures, but we expect you to take initiative and become increasingly independent as you gain experience.

Key responsibilities
Following morning order sheets and ensuring orders are accurate and completed on time
Setting up the bakery and preparing the store for the day
Merchandising and maintaining product displays
Serving customers and operating the register
Handling customer enquiries and orders
Completing opening procedures and other operational tasks

About you
Must be available for 6:00am starts, particularly Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings
Must have strong availability throughout November, December, January and February
Must be willing to work across the Christmas and Current Year holiday period
Reliable and punctual, particularly for early morning shifts
Confident working independently once trained
Able to multitask and stay organised in a quick-paced setting

Pay: From $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
