Kilcoolin Holdings is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to join our team in Euroa, Victoria. This is a full time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee all operational aspects of our farming enterprise. As Farm Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, and continuous improvement of our farming operations which includes a mixed farming enterprise of 5300 acres focused on Merino and crossbred sheep, Angus cattle and cereal cropping.

Key responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day farming operations, including crop management, livestock husbandry, and pasture maintenance
Manage and supervise farm staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
Monitor and maintain farm equipment and infrastructure, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs
Plan and execute seasonal farming activities, from planting and harvesting to animal breeding and veterinary care
Maintain accurate records of production, livestock health, chemical applications, and regulatory compliance
Liaise with suppliers, veterinarians, agronomists,



and other external partners to support farming operations

What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar senior agricultural role
Robust knowledge of crop production, livestock management
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Valid driver's licence and willingness to operate farm machinery and equipment
Robust problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Relevant agricultural qualifications or certifications (e.g., Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent) are highly desirable
