As a Commissions Analyst, you will own the data integrity, systems execution, and analytical controls that sit behind accurate and trusted commission outcomes. You’ll work across multiple sales channels/segments, validate and reconcile commission inputs from core systems, and continually improve the automation and quality of the end-to-end commission lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings robust analytical capability, a passion for process excellence, and experience working with complex product portfolios, channel structures, and quota models.

Key Responsibilities Validate and reconcile commission inputs across upstream systems (e.g., CRM and operational data sources) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability before calculations run

Communicate commission outcomes clearly to Finance, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders

Build and maintain automated checks and exception routines (e.g., outlier detection, missing fields, duplicate crediting, eligibility flags) to prevent errors and reduce manual rework

Support administration and ongoing operation of the commissions platform, i.e.,Performio, including data loads, validation of scheduled jobs/outputs,



and front‑end participant visibility where applicable

Ensure inbound data delivery into the platform remain fit-for-purpose as sales structures evolve

Maintain sufficient knowledge of commission systems and processes to provide effective team coverage

Proactively document processes, share knowledge and improve controls

Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions for multiple sales channels (e.g., direct, partner, enterprise, SMB)

Validate data from CRM, billing, mediation, and provisioning systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Skills &

Experience 2–5+ years’ experience in sales compensation, commissions analysis, revenue operations, finance, or related fields

Robust Excel and analytical skills, including modelling and data validation

High attention to detail with robust problem-solving capability

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills

Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), billing systems, sales performance platform Performio, or similar ICM/SIC platforms preferred.
