This role begins as a work-from-home position, offering the flexibility to manage your day effectively before transitioning to a hybrid model Key Responsibilities: Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed schedules for construction projects, ensuring each build is completed on time and within budget.
Material Coordination: Order and manage materials to keep projects progressing without delay.
System Expertise: Utilise Onsite Companion efficiently (minimum 2 years' experience required) to streamline operations and enhance communication.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure projects remain on track.
Technical Proficiency:



Use Microsoft Office and related software to manage project data and communications effectively.
Requirements Candidate Profile: Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years' direct experience using Onsite Companion Tech Savvy: Must be highly computer literate and proficient with Microsoft systems and other required software Problem Solver: Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to overcome challenges efficiently Location: Based in South East Queensland Availability: Immediate availability is preferred-the right candidate can start immediately Benefits Competitive Remuneration: An annual salary in the range of $80,000 - $95,000 + super Adaptable Work Arrangements: Enjoy a flexible working week with the autonomy to manage your own schedule from a work-from-home setting, transitioning into a hybrid role as needed.
