As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every customer.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to develop your retail management skills, contribute to store success, and share your passion for golf with like-minded customers and teammates.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store
Helping lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals
Delivering an outstanding customer experience and building solid customer relationships
Managing stock levels and ensuring the store remains organised, well-presented and fully replenished
Training and developing team members to maximise their potential
Assisting with visual merchandising and the execution of promotional activities
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and effectively
Monitoring store performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures




What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a retail leadership role, ideally as an Assistant Manager, Team Leader or similar
A proven ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Commercial awareness and the ability to analyse sales results and identify growth opportunities
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work a retail roster, including every second Saturday
A genuine interest in golf and a willingness to continually build your product knowledge
