Liaise with customers regarding invoice queries resolving any issues promptly.
Prepare customised maintenance schedules to suit varying applications of customers.
Present contract options to customers at point of vehicle sale and actively pursue new accounts Communicate repairs with customers, working closely with the workshop team and upselling additional works when possible.
Ensure Customer Service matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently You will have Trade qualifications and or demonstrated industry / senior administration experience Previous automotive experience, preferred An ability to work autonomously and with a variety of key stakeholders Excellent customer focus and communication skills Exceptional computer literacy and sound organisational skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
