The OpportunityWe are seeking an organised and detail-focused IT Coordinator to join our Group Technology team.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative and financial coordination across Crown Resorts, supporting purchase orders, invoices, technology assets, employee administration, reporting and regulatory requirements.
This permanent, full-time opportunity will suit someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and build effective relationships with internal teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.What You'll DoCoordinate the end-to-end administration of technology requisitions, purchase orders, supplier quotes and invoices, including system entry, approval tracking, receipting, payment follow-up and record maintenance.Track capital and operational expenditure, maintain accurate budget information and prepare weekly and monthly financial reports to support effective business decisions.Support technology asset administration by maintaining accurate records, documentation and controls that reduce financial, operational and asset-management risk.Coordinate Group Technology employee administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employee licensing and associated regulatory documentation.Create, maintain and improve standard operating procedures, process documentation, templates,
reports and communications to support consistent ways of working across Crown Resorts.Manage shared mailboxes, meetings, stakeholder enquiries and general administrative activities, ensuring requests are prioritised, directed and resolved accurately within required timeframes.What You'll BringAt least two years' experience in administration, coordination, team support or a similar role, ideally within technology, finance, procurement, asset management, a corporate environment or a regulated industry.Practical experience managing purchase orders, invoices, supplier quotes, requisitions, approval workflows and financial records, with an understanding of capital and operational expenditure.Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, with the ability to produce accurate reports, documentation and professional correspondence.Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential records while managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across technology teams, business units, senior leaders, suppliers and external stakeholders.A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, supported by sound judgement, problem-solving capability and the ability to follow regulatory, compliance and internal policy requirements.
