Customer Experience Specialist Truganina VIC 3029 Full-time
n Our client is a leading Australian manufacturing and packaging business, seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join its team in Truganina.
n Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will manage an allocated customer portfolio and be the key contact for customer enquiries, orders, delivery coordination and issue resolution .
n Key Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Process orders, amendments and delivery requests
n
Build robust relationships with an allocated customer portfolio
n
Support sales with quotes, pricing, reporting and administration
n
Liaise with manufacturing and supply chain teams to resolve issues
n
Manage invoices, PODs, credits and returns
n
Maintain accurate customer records and support forecasting activities




n

About You nn
Previous Customer Service, Internal Sales, Customer Experience or Planning experience
n
SAP experience is essential
n
CRM experience, ideally Dynamics
n
Robust administration and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
n
Proactive, customer-focused and able to manage competing priorities
n
