The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Sales & Logistics team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, order processing, despatch, transport administration or logistics coordination who is ready to build their career in a fast-paced working environment.You will be a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, managing orders and helping coordinate the timely delivery of bulk and packaged products.This is a full time permanent role, with some flexible Saturday work on rotation once fully trainedYour Responsibilities Will Include:Processing customer orders accurately and efficientlyResponding to customer enquiries and resolving delivery-related issuesCoordinating deliveries with transport carriers and operational teamsMaintaining accurate order, delivery and customer recordsBuilding positive working relationships with customers, carriers and internal stakeholdersSupporting protected supply-chain practices and compliance requirementsFollowing established procedures, standards and customer-service processesProviding flexibility to support operations across the Booragoon and Kwinana sitesAbout YouYou bring a positive, practical approach to customer service and can remain organised when priorities change.
You communicate clearly, take ownership of issues and enjoy working as part of a team.Ideally, you will have:Experience in customer service, administration, despatch,
