With projects currently under construction and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to bring an experienced Contracts Administrator into their team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Contracts Administrator, with a solid background in high-end residential construction across Sydney.
You will be joining a high-performing, close-knit team delivering standout homes for their clients.This role also offers genuine long-term progression into a Senior Contracts Administrator or Project Manager position.
Our client invests in their people and is looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with the business.The Role:Manage contracts and commercial administration across high-end residential projectsWork closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, subcontractors, consultants and clientsPrepare and manage subcontractor packages,



scopes and procurementManage variations, progress claims, EOTs and contract correspondenceAssist with cost control, forecasting and project reportingManage subcontractor documentation and complianceMaintain project records and documentation through ProcoreAssist with procurement and project close-outWork across projects ranging from high-end new builds through to major renovations and refurbishmentsAbout You:Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts AdministratorExperience working on high-end residential projects in SydneyStrong understanding of contracts, procurement, variations and cost managementExperience using Procore is highly desirableExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work closely with project teams and manage multiple prioritiesA construction-related qualification is desirableWhat's on offer:Work with a highly regarded high-end residential builderPrestigious projects across Sydney and the Southern HighlandsSupportive and experienced project teamGenuine long-term career progression$110,000 to $140,000 + super
