you'll lead quality assurance and governance activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide expert guidance on complex clinical and customer matters.While this role has no direct reports, it provides significant leadership through influence, collaboration, coaching and expertise.Key Responsibilities IncludeLeading clinical quality, risk and governance activities to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality service deliveryAnalysing incidents, complaints, customer outcomes and performance data to identify trends, mitigate risks and drive improvement.Partnering with operational leaders and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen clinical practice and customer outcomes.Providing expert clinical advice and support relating to complex customer needs, care planning, case reviews and service escalations.Building organisational capability through education, coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives.You'll thrive in this role ifYou're a passionate clinical skilled who combines strong governance and quality expertise with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of older Australians.To Be Successful, You'll BringA bachelor's degree in nursing,



Health Sciences or a related disciplineCurrent unrestricted AHPRA registrationMinimum five years' experience in clinical leadership, clinical governance, quality management or risk managementDemonstrated experience in clinical auditing, quality systems and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary aged care regulatory requirementsExperience leading investigations, incident management and root cause analysisAdvanced analytical, reporting and data interpretation skillsExperience working within multidisciplinary care environmentsExceptional communication stakeholder engagement and influencing a capacitiesStrong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to work autonomouslyA proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approachA current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain oneBelonging Starts HereWe believe real care starts with real belonging.
