The school is located in the Parish of St Catherine of Siena, Caroline Springs. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled relational P-6 Wellbeing Leader commencing at the beginning of the **** school year.
As we appoint our next Positions of Leadership, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled relational leader who is committed to improving wellbeing outcomes by strengthening evidence-informed practice, teacher confidence and capability, and consistency of wellbeing practices across the school.
The Wellbeing Leader combines solid wellbeing knowledge with exceptional relational leadership.
The Wellbeing Leader works collaboratively with other leaders to ensure the wellbeing of all aligns with the school's broader strategic priorities. The Wellbeing Leader grows the expertise, confidence and independence of teachers so that high-quality wellbeing practices become embedded across the school.
This is an important leadership role within the broader leadership team. The full-time allocation enables the leader to facilitate teacher planning, support classroom pedagogy and lead wellbeing throughout the school. The contract is an ongoing teaching position with a (POL 3 for a 3-year contract).
