Work as a Business Analyst/SME on pricing, billing, and fee management transformation programs for merchant services.
n
Gather and document business requirements related to product pricing, relationship pricing, billing structures, fee waivers, discounts, and revenue recognition .
n
Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, pricing models, and user stories to support agile delivery frameworks.
n
Manage product backlogs, support sprint planning, and collaborate closely with technology teams using JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
n
Work with business product owners, finance, risk, and operations teams to design adaptable, rules-driven, and scalable pricing and billing solutions.
n
Contribute to practice development through creation of pricing accelerators, templates, and white papers, and represent Company in pricing and billing forums.
n
Help prepare client demos, proposals,



and RFP responses focused on downstream pricing implementation and modernization prospects.
n
Maintain understanding of industry standards and trends across billing models (tiered, usage-based, subscription), fee optimization strategies, and dynamic pricing techniques.
n
Support pricing platform projects including requirements mapping, configuration, integration with CRM/LOS/ERP systems, and downstream billing workflows.
n
Experience with major pricing and billing solutions (e.g., SunTec Xelerate, Zafin, Brilliance Financials, CSG) is a solid plus.
