Content Marketing Internship (Beauty)

Join the team at MONDAY Haircare as we expand our beauty vertical with exciting recent brands, including Being Haircare, DAISE Beauty and more to come. We're on the lookout for a creative and digitally savvy Content Marketing Intern to join our growing team.

This is a 3-day per week, 3-month internship starting ASAP, perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a quick-paced, high-growth beauty business.

What You'll Do:

• Content Planning: Support in building out TikTok and Instagram content calendars across

n

MONDAY and new brands.

n

• Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to research and concept brand campaigns that ladder up to key business objectives.

n

• Digital Marketing Support: Work with the Digital team to adapt creative assets for paid media, ensuring high pertormance across platforms.

n

• Performance Optimization: Monitor ad and content performance,



helping optimize organic and paid assets for engagement and reach.

n

• Content Creation: Assist in producing organic social assets for brand milestones, product launches, and seasonal moments aligned to the annual marketing calendar.

n

• Cultural & Competitor Scanning: Conduct bi-weekly trend and competitor scans to keep our content offering fresh, relevant, and culturally on point.

n

• Calendar Creative: Brainstorm and develop content series around key moments - think Holidays, Recent Market Launches, Product Drops, and more.

Why You?

You're passionate about beauty, obsessed with social media, comfortable on camera, and keen to learn how major beauty brands build influence and engagement across channels. You're proactive, detail-oriented, and brimming with fresh ideas. Bonus points if you're TikTok-native and live and breathe the beauty space.
