Overview n

Trainer: WorkSafe Licences - Forklift, EWP, etc. Base pay up to A$100,000 per year plus Super and a A$5,000 sign-on bonus. Location: Werribee & Geelong. Role open to discussion on roster and may involve travel to client sites.

Responsibilities n

n
Deliver engaging and relevant training and assessment services (combined theory and practical activities).
n
Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meet ASQA/RTO Standards and other regulatory requirements.
n
Supervise students, maintain engagement and motivation during training.
n
Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and secure for operation.
n
Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
n
Perform other general duties as required.
n

Qualifications and Essential criteria nn
Hold a Cert IV TAE (and upgrade units if required).
n
Demonstrated workplace experience within a relevant industry sector.
n
Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check.
n
Australian resident with a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
n

Ability to multitask in a busy RTO workplace.

Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required.
n
Robust prioritisation, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor with current industry skills.
n
