Full carriage of Conveyancing matters (purchase and sale), leasing matters and sale/purchase of business.

-Must have at least 10 years PQE in property law matters.

-Must be able to manage other staff in property department.

-Must be proficient in Smokeball Software (or LEAP - similar)

-Must be proficient in PEXA and AML requirements.

-Must be a team player and able to assist other Lawyers with more complex property matters and other legal matters.

-Personal Assistant/Secretarial/Paralegal experience would be advantageous.

-Friendly workplace and salary commensurate on experience.
