Job Description
Anglicare NT is seeking a part time ReConnect Youth & Family Worker to provide youth-centered, family-focused case management and practical support to vulnerable young people and their families in the Northern Territory.
Working within a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework, you will conduct assessments, develop plans, facilitate group programs, engage with services and maintain high-quality client records to support outcomes for youth and families.
