Our client is a well-established accounting and advisory firm based in Helensvale. With a strong reputation and growing client base, they are seeking an experienced Administration / Client Services Officer to join their friendly and professional team.

n

Working closely with the Office Manager and Accountants, this is a varied role combining senior administration, client service and coordination of client files and workflow.

n

About the Role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
Managing client files, records and workflow
n
Client onboarding and ongoing administration
n
Preparing correspondence, engagement letters and other documentation
n
Liaising with clients and following up information
n
Assisting with ASIC and ATO administration
n
Supporting Accountants with day to day client matters
n
General practice and office administration
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for an experienced administrator who is organised, confident with technology and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

n

Ideally,



you will have:

n

n
Solid administration experience within a professional office setting
n
Strong client service and communication skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
n
Confidence learning and working across multiple software systems
n
Strong Microsoft office skills
n
A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks
n

n

Experience within an accounting, legal, financial services or other qualified services workplace will be highly regarded, but is not essential. Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or a related field will also be well regarded.
