Kingsford Lawyers are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team in our Queensland office located in Ashmore.

As a Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and high-quality, legal services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that provides room for growth.

What you'll be doing
Advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements
Court appearances where necessary
Brief Counsel
Providing legal guidance and support to the firm's partners, seniors and other team members
Researching and analysing legal issues, and presenting solutions to clients
Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
Contributing to the firm's growth and strategic initiatives

What we’re looking for
5+ years of post-qualification experience
Experience in a broad range of commercial litigation matters
Proven ability to provide pragmatic, quality, and commercially focused legal advice to clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills




Commitment to staying up-to-date with legal developments and trends
Team player with good work ethic
