The Fresh Collective is looking for experienced casual waitstaff to join the team at UNSW, The Lounge. This is a rare prospect to start in a casual role with a pathway to full-time employment based on performance. Enjoy work-life balance with Monday to Friday shifts, no late nights and no weekends.

The Role

n

n
Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience
n
Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner
n
A la carte and bar service
n
Use the POS, entering orders and handling cash/card
n




Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar's wine list, cocktail menu and food menu
n
Assist in opening and closing procedures
n

About You

n

n
Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a quick-paced busy environment
n
1 year in FOH hospitality in a premium venue
n
A La Carte waitperson experience
n
A team player who can work independently
n
Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive CAN DO attitude
n
Australian Citizen, PR and medium term visa holders only
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Have a valid NSW RSA
n
Valid working rights in Australia
n
Available to work on Monday & Friday 10am - 3pm and Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 7pm with occasional evening shifts on Monday and Friday
