Requirements & Eligibility
BachelorofEarlyChildhoodEducationoranACECQA-approvedequivalentqualification
Minimum12monthsofexperienceinanearlychildhoodeducationsetting
CurrentWorkingwithChildrenCheckorabilitytoobtainone
SoundknowledgeoftheEarlyYearsLearningFramework(EYLF)
UnderstandingoftheNationalQualityStandard(NQS)
Strongunderstandingofcontemporaryearlychildhoodeducationpractices
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
Abilitytoworkeffectivelywithinacollaborativeteam
