Midland Toyota is seeking an organised and enthusiastic
Automotive Parts Interpreters
to join our team growing team.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Handle guest requests, take sales and quotation enquiries
n
Ensure daily orders are placed on time
n
Contribute to the efficient management of parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organising parts.
n
Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
n
Accurately maintain records of parts transactions, invoices, and inventory levels.
n
Develop a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories
n
Work closely with our experienced Parts Interpreter team, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
n
You n
n
Possess some
technical/mechanical
knowledge and ability
n
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Basic computer skills.
n
Interest in automotive parts and a willingness to learn.
n




Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
n
Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
