D365 CRM Developer:

Key Responsibilities
n
•Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
n
•Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and business process flows.
n
•Create and customize forms, entities, views, dashboards, and security roles.
n
•Develop client-side scripting using JavaScript and TypeScript.
n
•Build integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, and .NET technologies.
n
•Develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions.
n
•Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management for integrations.
n
•Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
n
•Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
n
•Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders.
n
•Follow best practices for CRM development, security, and deployment.
n
