Job Description
Locum Position – Practice in Chirk
We are looking for a locum to start from approximately the end of May, covering a list of maintained patients on an ongoing basis at a guaranteed daily rate of £500 (no targets).
The practice is located in Chirk and is easily commutable from Wrexham / Chester.
We will also offer a subsistence allowance for travel distance or for accommodation support.
Schedule: Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis; part‐time is also considered.
Practice hours are *********pm.
The practice is fully computerised with digital x‐ray and up-to-date equipment, and free parking is available.

Welsh performer number essential
