About You
n
n
Live in and can support our customers in Townsville and surrounding areas
n
Hold an Australian Driver's Licence and own comprehensively insured car (no international licence/shared vehicles)
n
Minimum 12 months of experience delivering personal care in aged care, disability, or hospital environments and/or completed a qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care
n
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 8am – 6pm, ideally across 3–4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available)
n
Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start
n
Passionate about working in in-home care, with a focus on aged care
n

Paid travel time + $1.33/km allowance + company phone
n
Permanent part-time contracts: ******* hours per fortnight

Stable hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts

Your Role
n
As a valued member of the team, you'll deliver high-quality,



person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.
n

Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting and mobility support
n
Medication assistance (where applicable)
n
Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
n
Social support and companionship
n
Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
n
n
Domestic assistance will remain an significant component of your role alongside your personal care responsibilities.
