As a Room Attendant, you'll help make sure every guest walks into a room that is
clean, fresh and ready for their stay.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Cleaning and servicing guest rooms
n
Making beds, dusting and vacuuming
n
Replenishing amenities and guest supplies
n
Maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards
n
Assisting with laundry and linen duties
n
Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards
n
Following health and safety procedures
n
Responding to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
n
Working with the housekeeping team to complete daily targets
n
n
You must have:
n
n
Minimum 6 months' housekeeping experience in Australia
n
Previous hotel/room attendant experience
n
Strong attention to detail
n
High standards of cleanliness and presentation
n
Good communication skills
n
Reliable and punctual work ethic
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
n
Valid Australian work rights
n
Flexibility to work across multiple sites when required
n
n
Working Holiday Visa holders will NOT be considered for this position.
n
