POSITION

Due to continued growth, a Roman Blind & Soft Furnishings Machinist position is now available to join the production team.
Manufacture and construct custom Roman blinds, curtains and soft furnishings to a high standard.
Cut, sew and finish a range of window furnishing products using industrial machinery.
Work accurately from measurements and specifications to produce custom-made pieces.
Maintain quality control across all finished products before dispatch.
Work efficiently to meet production schedules and delivery timeframes.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative workshop setting.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered it is vital that you have the following:
Proven experience as a machinist in curtain, blind or soft furnishings manufacturing
Roman blinds experience - required
Ability to work accurately from measurements and cut sheets
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality finished product
Reliable, self-motivated and able to work efficiently within a production environment
Experience with industrial sewing machinery required
