The Role /n
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build genuine connections with customers
/n
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI expectations
/n
Use your product knowledge to confidently recommend products and build complete outfits
/n
Create a welcoming and engaging store environment
/n
Support visual merchandising and maintain high store presentation standards
/n
Assist with stock management and day-to-day store operations
/n
Work collaboratively with the team and Store Manager to achieve store goals
/n
Take part in ongoing training and development to build your retail and product knowledge
