Significant front end and POS knowledge

Experience in supervising team members
Accurate staff rostering will be an advantage
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with both staff and management
An understanding of ordering and cost control
Commitment to work health and safety standards
