A. Rostering Leadership

Supervise and support rostering coordinators.
n
Lead meetings, provide training, and manage performance.
n
n
B. Operational Oversight
n
n
Oversee roster creation and service coverage.
n
Ensure accurate and timely updates.
n
n
C. Compliance & Quality Assurance
n
n
Ensure SCHADS, NDIS, and internal policy compliance.
n
Review staff qualifications before allocation.
n
n
D. Stakeholder Coordination
n
n
Liaise with CRCs, HR, Payroll, Intake, and Operations.
n
n
E. Systems & Improvement
n
n
Oversee system accuracy and drive workflow improvements.
n
n
Requirements
n
- Experience in rostering and leadership. - Strong knowledge of SCHADS and NDIS. - High-level communication and problem-solving skills.
n
