About the Role /n
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will be a person who enjoys the challenge of a hands on role, thrives in an exclusive club setting and wants to make a difference ensuring food hygiene and health and safety compliance is maintained at all times.
Essential Criteria: /n
/n
Prior kitchen experience;
/n
Available to work early mornings, late nights and weekends;
/n
Takes impeccable pride in their appearance and personal hygiene;
/n
Adheres to exceptional service standards; and
/n
Holds a clear understanding of both written & spoken English.
/n
Duties and Responsibilities: /n
/n
Clean kitchen;
/n
Wash dishes;
/n
Maintain kitchen;
/n
Assist with food preparation;
/n
Assist with clearing and maintaining lounge;
/n
Stock for daily business and maintain stock levels; and
/n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced workplace.
/n
/n
The role requires you to work across a 7-day roster however please note:
/n
/n
The spread of hours will be allocated in collaboration with you to suit the needs of both the club and you;
/n
You will not be required to work every weekend if this is your preference;
/n
You will be a valued team member and treated accordingly; and
/n
Your input and ideas will be heard and implemented.
/n

/n
