Job Description

Jobtailor on the Gold Coast is seeking a Donor Services Operator to greet donors, interview for eligibility and deliver a memorable donor experience. You will join a mobile unit network across Mt Ormeau to Murwillumbah, ensuring secure collection of blood products.

The role requires comfort with needles, ability to lift up to 22.7 kg, and versatile shifts on a rotating roster. You will perform basic health checks, set up equipment, and help donors rebook to maintain collection targets.
