Casual Property Manager – Approx. 3 Days Per Week /n

We are seeking an experienced and organised Property Manager to join our team on a casual basis, working approximately 3 days per week.

/n

This is a great chance for an experienced Property Manager looking for flexibility and a supportive working environment without the commitment of a full-time role.

About the Role /n

Working as part of our property management team, you will assist with the day-to-day management of our residential portfolio and provide a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.

/n

Your responsibilities will include and not limited to:

/n

/n
Managing landlord and tenant enquiries

/n
Conducting routine inspections

/n
Coordinating repairs and maintenance

/n
Lease renewals and rent reviews

/n
Managing arrears and tenancy matters

/n
Ingoing/Final Inspections

/n
Liaising with tradespeople and contractors

/n
Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed in accordance with SA legislation

/n
General property management administration

/n
Mid and End of Month

/n

About You /n

We are looking for someone who is confident,



reliable and able to work independently while also being part of a small team.

Ideally, you will have: /n

/n
Previous Property Management experience

/n
Sound knowledge of South Australian residential tenancy legislation

/n
Excellent communication and organisational skills

/n
Robust attention to detail

/n
A professional and friendly approach with landlords and tenants

/n
Good computer and property management software skills

/n
The ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively

/n
A current driver's license and reliable vehicle

/n
Experience with Property Tree would be highly regarded.

/n
