We're looking for an AO5 Advisor (Program Performance) to join a high-performing team and become the go-to person for governance, reporting, project support, and program performance.

Location: Townsville
n Rate: $69/hr
n Contract: 13 July ********* June ****

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Keeping governance meetings running smoothly (agendas, papers, minutes, actions, briefings)
n
Managing project and program documentation, change requests, and reporting activities
n
Tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
n
Supporting senior stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts across multiple projects
n
Producing accurate reports, dashboards, and governance documentation
n
Maintaining audit-ready records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
n
Helping drive consistency, accountability, and program success across the region
n
n
We're Looking For Someone Who:
n
n
Has experience supporting programs, projects, governance,



or project controls in a complex setting
n
Is highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite
n
Can analyse data and transform it into meaningful reports and insights
n
Has excellent written communication skills and can prepare executive correspondence, briefing notes, and reports
n
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities
n
Loves organisation, attention to detail, and making sure every action item gets closed out
n

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:

Dashboards and reporting systems
n
SharePoint, registers, governance frameworks, or project management systems
n
Program performance reporting and executive-level presentations
n
