Fenergo Support Analyst

Must Have Skills
: Fenergo CLM Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in production support, issue analysis, and Fenergo .NET code development. The role requires hands-on expertise in Fenergo configuration, workflows, rules, and .NET solution, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex business and technical issues in a live workplace.n
n• Minimum 5 years of functional expertise on Fenergo v8 (FenE) CLM product.n
n• Knowledge in end-to-end customer lifecycle management journey.n
n• Working experience on Fenergo base application code - should be well versed in debugging and troubleshooting code in .net.n
n• Must have hands-on experience in developing functional requirements/ small business enhancements through Fenergo application code.n




n• 5+ year of experience in .net C# development.n
n• Experience in developing REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.n
n• Experience in SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.n
n• L3 Support experience in Incident and Problem Management.n
n• Experience in Banking domain, Financial Crime, Anti Money Laundering, KYC, CDD, EDD, Customer Lifecycle Managementn
n• Nice to have:-Experience with Fenergo upgrades or migrationsn
n• Knowledge onFenX productn
n• Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelinesn
n• Knowledge of Azure or cloud environmentsn
n• ITIL or production support processesn
n• Experience working in agile delivery models n
