I am seeking an experienced
Maintenance Manager
to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in the South West of WA.
n
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance function, improving plant reliability, minimising downtime and leading a skilled maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead and develop the site maintenance team
n
Manage preventative, planned and reactive maintenance programs
n
Drive plant reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement
n
Manage contractors, budgets and maintenance compliance
n
About You n
n
Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager,



Maintenance Superintendent or similar
n
Strong manufacturing, FMCG or industrial maintenance experience
n
Robust mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge
n
Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
n
