Edgewater Dining offers waterfront dining at its finest, in the heart of the Gold Coast dining scene. Our produce-driven menu offers a contemporary take on casual fine dining, and paired with an extensive wine and cocktail list, we're one of the Gold Coast's most favoured dining destinations.

We're looking for casual CDPs to join our Kitchen team as we head into a busy season. This role is ideal for chefs seeking extra shifts in a fast paced, well-run kitchen led by a Michelin Star chef. So, if you're keen to work with some of the best in the hospitality industry, we'd love to hear from you!

YOUR BACKGROUND

/n

/n
Previous experience in a premium, fast-paced restaurant kitchen (CDP level or similar)

/n
A team player attitude with a love of food and solid work ethic

/n
Ability to stay calm and keep standards high under pressure

/n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience

/n
