About the Role /n

We are looking for a part time Social Care Assistant to join the team at Tyler Village in Prospect Vale. This role supports the delivery of meaningful social care and lifestyle activities for residents in a caring aged care setting.

You will work as part of the wider care team, supporting resident wellbeing, connection and engagement through activities that promote choice, dignity and quality of life.

Current National Police Certificate.
