This is a great opportunity for skilled tradespeople looking for FIFO work on a 2:1 roster, with an attractive hourly rate of $83 per hour.

The Role
n
Working as part of an experienced maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical maintenance, repairs and servicing across site equipment and machinery.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Mechanical fitting, maintenance and repairs
n
Preventative and breakdown maintenance
n
Fault finding and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
n
Equipment inspections and servicing
n
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
n
Working collaboratively with the wider maintenance team
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter
n
Previous experience in a mining, processing or heavy industrial environment
n
Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
n
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
Relevant Australian work rights and required tickets/licences
n
