You'll design a program aligned with EYLF, foster emotional security and creativity, and build strong family/community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities • Curriculum: design, implement, and evaluate a play-based program aligned with EYLF; lead learning across literacy, numeracy, creative arts, and physical activity.
• Assessment: observe, reflect, and document progress; create portfolios and learning stories; use evidence to adapt the curriculum.
• Leadership: mentor and support colleagues; foster collaborative continuous improvement.
• Family & Community: build robust partnerships; lead family meetings; participate in community events.
• Compliance: uphold National Quality Standards and regulatory requirements; maintain a safe, inclusive environment; contribute to quality improvement.




• Professional Growth: ongoing PD and reflective practice.
