You will lead a team of Elves, drive performance on site, and ensure every family leaves with a memorable keepsake.
As Chief Elf, you'll manage daily operations, rosters and guest interactions, keeping the mood joyful and professional.
Training is provided and hours are adaptable in a festive, customer-facing environment.
