The Role:
Manage general office administration and day-to-day operations
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails, in a skilled manner
Prepare letters, documents, reports and collate files as needed
Assistwith accounts receivable and payable, including processing invoices and purchases
Support compliance tasks such as ASIC and ATO administration
Liaise with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders
Contribute tomaintaininga smooth, professional, and efficient office environment
About You:
2+years' experiencein a similar role




Highlyorganisedwith exceptional attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation
Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently
Genuine care for clients and their experience
Previousadministration or financial support experience isadvantageous
Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to a collaborative team environment
