Hands-on:
n
∙ Strong XSLT and Gateway scripting experience
n
∙ WTX/ITX knowledge is beneficial
n
∙ Knowledge on objects used in MPGW (like MQ and HTTPS FSH, Crypto profiles, XML mngr, UA, policies, etc.,)
n
∙ Experience in Rest API modelling (swagger, YAML etc.,)
n
∙ One way and mutual TLS authentication in DataPower
n
∙ Solid knowledge in MQ client objects set-up and troubleshooting
n
∙ Troubleshooting gateways, Understanding on error handling patterns
n
∙ Sync and Async way of integration patterns
n
∙ Testing tools like Postman, SOAtest, MQ Visual Edit or SOAPUI.
n
∙ Knowledge on developing automation regression test scripts for MPGW's (or any integration APIs)
n
Administration:
n
∙ Checkpoints restore, Secure backup/restore procedure
n
∙ Syslog and log targets setup and usage
n




∙ Load balancing for https and MQ
n
∙ CLI commands for more programmatic
development/deployment
n
∙ Knowledge on XML and REST – SOMA interface for automation
n
∙ Gateway Deployment using any CI/CD pipeline setup
n
Additional:
n
∙ Cloud fundamentals – AWS or similar
n
∙ Knowledge on monitoring, logging tools like Splunk, AppDynamics or any opensource tools
n
∙ Exposure to DevOps capabilities to support the DevOps engineers
n
∙ Knowledge to support Integration and Performance testing at platform level in Cloud environment
n
n
