You'll be responsible for:

Leading, coaching and developing a large, high-performing team
n
Creating a premium, highly personalised guest experience
n
Driving sales performance, accountability and commercial results
n
Identifying opportunities and turning them into action
n
Building a strong culture of feedback, development and progression
n




Partnering closely with the Store Manager to shape the boutique's strategy
n
Supporting succession planning and building future leaders
n
Keeping the store energised, elevated and operating at its best
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has 3-5+ years' leadership experience in retail, hospitality, wellness or another customer-led environment
n
Has experience leading large teams and developing emerging leaders
n
Is commercially driven and loves working towards ambitious targets
n
Is passionate about coaching, feedback and creating high-performing cultures
n
Understands what exceptional service looks and feels like
n
Thrives in a fast-paced, premium setting
n
Brings confidence, energy and genuine connection to their leadership style
