We are seeking passionate Casual on call Student Supervisors to join our team at Ace Buses in the South Brisbane Area, QLD. As a Student Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely transporting special needs students to and from school each day, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout the journey.
n
This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work as needed to suit your schedule. The role is a maximum of ***** hours a week and split shifts. What you'll be doing:

Ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey
n
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
n
Adhering to the Code of Conduct for Child Safety
n
Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle
n
Providing excellent customer service to students and their families
n
Communicating effectively with the office, Driver,



students, school administration and parents as needed
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Must have or be willing to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Card) QLD
n
Must be over the age of 18
n
Ability to use company technology
n
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well with children
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
A adaptable schedule to accommodate the needs of our school routes
