JBS Australia is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Dinmore. You'll play a key role in keeping our plant running safely and reliably, delivering some of Australia's best beef brands to customers around the world.

This is a quick-paced operational role. You'll execute planned maintenance, drive reliability improvements, and use your electrical fault-finding skills to prevent issues before they impact production.

About the Role

Maintain and repair mechanical equipment across a beef processing facility
n
Execute planned maintenance using SAP
n
Apply strong fault-finding skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly
n
Support reliability programs that reduce unplanned downtime
n
Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and plant efficiency
n

All roles start at Level 3 with progression to Level 1 based on demonstrated competency.

Day Shift (6:00am – 3:20pm)
n
Afternoon Shift (2:00pm – 11:20pm)
n
Night Shift (10:00pm – 7:20am)

Note:

Fortnightly 42-hour work week
n
Fixed roster with a 9-day fortnight
n
Night shift attracts higher penalty rates on Friday and Sunday nights
n
Weekend Crew works a ********* fortnightly roster (Fri–Mon, 4:00am – 4:00pm)

About You
n

Background in manufacturing or heavy industry
n
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
Comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team
