Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to support our clients in their homes and help them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will provide person-centred care tailored to each client's needs, in accordance with care plans and organisational policies.

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Assistant in nursing or equivalent
n
Current Police Check
n
First Aid & CPR certificate
n
Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (not required but preferred)
n
Right to work in Australia
n
Assist clients with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
n
Support with mobility and transfers (including use of aids if required)
n




Provide assistance with daily living activities (meal preparation, light housekeeping)
n
Support clients with medication prompting (where authorised)
n
Assist with transportation to appointments or community activities
n
Observe, monitor, and report changes in clients' condition or wellbeing
n
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
n
Build respectful and trusting relationships with clients and families
n
Follow WHS, infection control, and organisational policies at all times
